How do I update shipping information for my subscription box?

How do the subscription boxes work?
Simply create an account, select your billing frequency and receive your subscription boxes directly to you or your gift recipient.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship to all 50 US states.
When are boxes shipped?
Subscription boxes are shipped by the 23rd of each month. During special holidays/events that may fall before the 23rd, boxes will ship earlier. You may look at the shipping schedule on the product page itself.
How much is shipping?
Boxes ship FREE!
When do I get billed?
You are initially billed when you place your order. Then, you are billed on the first of each month if you selected month to month. If you prepaid for all of the subscription boxes (and saved 5%) then you are good. There is no additional billing for the subscription.
Can I PAUSE my subscription?
You sure can! If you need to pause your box for a certain time period, then email us at kimberly@kimberlycoleonline.com. Please be sure to pause 14 days prior to your next billing date (by the first) or you will be charged for the following month and will receive a box.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, there is no commitment. We do offer a PAUSE option if you would like to temporarily stop shipments and resume at a later date. If you must cancel, please log into your account on our website and cancel. Cancellation requests must be received 14 days prior to your next billing date (1st of the month) or your will be charged for the following month. NOTE: Prepaid subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.
What is in the boxes?
We offer a series of subscription boxes here at Kimberly Cole Signature Gifts, LLC. Please refer to the product page of the box for more details.
What do I do if my box is damaged?
At Kimberly Cole Signature Gifts, LLC, we always want to make sure your items arrive safe and sound. Please contact us immediately at kimberly@kimberlycoleonline.com and we will fix the problem ASAP!
Why are some of the items received different from what is shown in the reveal pictures/videos?
We do our best each month to keep up with order volume, however sometimes there are vendor delays or shortages. We may replace some items with items of equal or greater value if a certain item is not available.
What do I do if my box hasn't arrived?
Once shipped your box should arrive in 3–7 delivery days, if it has been longer then 10 days please contact us at kimberly@kimberlycoleonline.com and we will find the status of your box.
When will I receive my box?
Our boxes are shipped by the 23rd of each month. You must place your order by the 1st of the month in order to receive the box that same month. Otherwise you will receive the box the following month. Can I purchase subscription boxes as a gifts?
You certainly can! The subscription boxes make great gifts and are literally the gifts that keep on giving. Just the box at the time of your order and complete the message card information.
Why do you ask about sizes?
We may include items in the boxes like t-shirts, shoes, so we like to have that information on file in the event we need that information. If you need to change size information, please email us at kimberly@kimberlycoleonline.com.
Are the boxes recyclable?
Our custom printed boxes are made from recycled materials and are environmentally friendly.
